  • It would be helpful if you could put away any toys and/or clothes lying around. Also, please be sure there aren't any dirty dishes in the sink.

  • It is not necessary! Our team has all of the supplies needed to make sure your home is immaculate when we are finished. If your home has an area with a surface that is unique and requires a specific product, we would encourage you to provide our cleaning professional with the product needed to ensure a proper clean.

  • Yes! Building a trusting relationship with our clients is extremely important to us. This is why we run a background check on each of our cleaning professionals.

  • No you do not. We understand you are busy, which is probably one of the reasons you wanted a professional cleaner. As long as we have a way of entering your home (i.e. spare key or access code), we will make sure you come home to a spotless home.

  • Payment is due at the time of service. Cash or Zelle are preferred. However, we also accept credit cards. There will be a 3% surcharge for credit card payments. Please be sure to put the cash in a sealed envelope.

  • Though the list of what we clean is large. There are a few things we do not clean.

    • Dishes

    • Laundry

    • Toys

    • Pet "messes"

    • Clutter

    • Inside fireplaces

    • Outdoor spaces

    • Garages

  • We understand life can be unpredictable. We ask that you contact us 48 hours before your scheduled time. We will work with you as best we can to reschedule. If you cancel the day of the cleaning, you will be charged 50% of the agreed upon cost.

  • Yes! We understand pets are just as much family as the next person living there. Please let us know the best way to work around your pets.

    If your pet tends to be aggressive, we recommend that you leave him or her outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our professional cleaners.

  • We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please reach out to our customer support within 24 hours of you cleaning to handle the matter accordingly.
